Our Story

Andy Reardon started Backyard Adventures because he thought something the Quincy area was lacking in providing a trustworthy resource when buying a pool or hot tub.

After working in the industry for over 20 years, he consistently felt that businesses in the Quincy area were falling short in the most important area of the business: customer service.

Andy knew that cutting corners with customers in the long run is what was causing many local businesses in the area to suffer. He wanted to do things differently, and started his own business in 2018.

Since then, he has never looked back. His theory worked, and the Quincy area now has an honest, reliable, and quality business that has made owning a pool or hot tub an enjoyable experience instead of a nightmare. If you don’t believe us, just ask the customers!

Meet Our Team

Andy Reardon

Andy has over 20 years of experience installing and servicing pools and hot tubs, as well as running the storeroom. He takes pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners with any customer. His favorite part of the job is building relationships with people.

Michelle Reardon

Michelle manages the social media pages and online marketing at Backyard Adventures. During the day, she works at her fulltime job until 5:00 and then heads over to the store to help out in any way she can.

Terry Reardon

Terry is Andy's brother who helps out with the store. He runs the front counter, stocks the shelves, and helps provide an excellent customer service experience.
